During my recent week-long stay at Casa Raisa, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service and comfort provided, which exceeded all my expectations. The staff were not only friendly and helpful but also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten headphones-an unexpected touch that truly highlighted their dedication to guest satisfaction. The shared kitchen was superbly equipped, allowing me to prepare meals at my leisure, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep after busy days exploring the area. Coupled with the good heating and a lovely terrace for relaxing evenings, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
